Job Description

 

JOB CLASSIFICATION: Custodian/Bus Driver Position

LOCATION:     Skowhegan Area High School

 

HOUR:       8 hours per day

                   Monday – Friday                 

                     40 hours per week

Year Round

Requirements

 

 

 Qualifications:

 

  1. Minimum High School Diploma or HiSET
  2. Documented experience in custodial services
  3. Must hold and maintain a valid commercial driver’s license for the type of equipment to be driven.
  4. Must have and maintain a satisfactory driving record, checked through the state.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work with others in a team setting
  6. Must pass annual bus driver physical as required by the State of Maine and RSU/MSAD 54
  7. Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  8. Must be able to climb and work on ladders
  9. Demonstrated knowledge of: 
    1. Chemical handling, SDS sheets
    2. Storage and handling techniques
    3. Operation of cleaning equipment
    4. Minor building repairs
